Returns
- Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used paint products
- Custom-mixed or tinted paint
- Clearance or final sale items
- Hazardous materials once opened
Exchanges
- We will replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- If you need to exchange a product, contact us below.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
